I think it will be better to stick with the original approach as it is the least time consuming.  
I believe it will be better to give this way a chance since it's to be a fair  to the rest of the team.
I think it will be better to make certain adjustment at this point of the time considering that we have met some issues during the last stage.
I think in this case, it will be better to go with option A as it has a high chance of success.
