If there's something that is not 100% clear during the communication - it's a sign of confidence to be able to check, double-check and confirm. Since the goal for project communication at all times is to ensure that the project is done well.


At the same time, when people ask for clarification on a very specific point - DO NOT just repeat the whole thing. Clarify the necessary item, and expand if needed.
