Step 1. Listen to the audio file with "client questions".

Step 2. Think of your responses and make sure you use the target language efficiently.
The situations are:
- responding to the client's inquiries;
- clarifying the details for/with the client.

Use some of the language points below (write down the list of the ones you're using to show us and give yourself focus insteade of writing down the whole response):
