A book that's become a classic, "Atomic Habits" ⚛️ by James Clear, is a tool that has supported millions of people on their habit-forming journeys. No matter your goal, it offers a proven framework for improving, every day.
I want to share some of the distilled highlights with you, considering how you might not have enough time on your hands to cover the whole thing.
Today, I'd like to mention sth that has been a bit of a stumbling block for some of you - how to remember to do the daily practice.
🎥 Well, every habit "is initiated by a cue".
But if your cues are not easy to spot/notice, then your chances at really suceeding at building up a real sustainable habit decrease significantly.
What's the solution there? Make your cues clear-cut and accessible.
🚀 Put your target language points on your desk.
🚀 Set an alarm with a reminder.
🚀 Stick your Class Group or your Coaching group to the top of your WeChat list.
🚀 If you work in blocks of time, designate one of the little blocks to your practice.
🚀 Allocate a specific time of the day when you come over to our website and do some practice for listening or personalization - and don't leave till very late
And most importantly - REACH OUT when you need a boost ❤️ or a kick 😄
