To be on the same page means to be in agreement or to hold the same views, opinion, knowledge about something with others.
This is a very common English expression and is used frequently in both everyday English and business English.

You might also hear this expression formed as a question: "Are we on the same page?". This is the same as asking, "Do we agree?" or "Have we all caught up on the latest details?"

Some examples:

▪️ Next month we need to cut spending by 20%. Are we all on the same page about this?
▪️ We all need to be on the same page before we try to present this complex idea to the client.
▪️ It's come to my attention that not everyone is on the same page so I want to take this opportunity to correct that.
▪️ To make sure we're on the same page, let me walk you through the most recent updates and then we can move forward and address your possible suggestions.
