Written Acronyms
These are rarely said as acronyms in spoken workplace English (unless it's an established tradition within a company or a field), you'll mostly find these version in writing, more specifically in emails. When we speak we use the whole phrase or a variation of the whole phrase. For example, EOD will turn into "end of the day", OT will turn into "off topic".
