1, there are a lot of useful references available on the site. but they are not accessible unless you have registered the account.
2, the materials are currently unavailable in China. this type  has been band due to its harzardous nature.
3, both vendors have the materials available. but it looks they will be  more easily accessible,  if we go with vendor b,  due to  some supply chain  issues on vendor a side.
