You will meet some problems, it's inevitable.
Staying positive in the face of challenges is one important skill and attitude you can develop for yourself.

For your professional communication, however, you need one more skill - delivering "bad" news but reassuring you and your team are on top of it.
Good phrases here would be:

▪️ Rest assured, we are on top of it.
▪️ Rest assured, the team is doing their utmost and we will have these issues sorted out soon.
▪️ Not to worry, we have put our best people on it.
▪️ Not to worry, we already have a potential solution.
▪️ However, we're doing everythign within our power to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

The next important step in the "reassuring process" is to give yourself a deadline and a time point when you will update the client, just "soon" is not going to work in a business setting.
▪️ ...I will keep you in the loop at all times and let you know as soon as it's done.
▪️ ...I will keep you in the loop throughout the whole process.
▪️ ...I will share the updates with you by the end of Wednesday.
▪️ ...We'll need until Friday evening to get it done.
▪️ ...We'll get it done by the end of the week.
